Toby Neville
Elder

Toby has been a member of NTCC since 1980. He served as a Deacon and he's served as an Elder for more than 20 years to present.
 
Toby is married to his wife, Lois, and they have two sons and four grandchildren.
 
He retired from International Paper in 2001.
 
Toby has a big heart for helping with fundraising for the Youth Baseball Association.
